There is exactly one week left before the main party of the year, and the new beautiful dress does not sit as perfectly as you would like it to? A nutritionist and fitness instructor developed a rescue plan: lose extra pounds in 6 days!

DAY ONE: RULES AND A NEW MENU

If you follow the six-day diet correctly, you can achieve good results. The unloading of the digestive tract improves:

  • your working efficiency,
  • your complexion,
  • your mood,
  • your body shape.

It should be remembered that exiting the diet is a very important phase. Otherwise, lost kilograms can come back.

The diet rests on four principles:

  1. low calorie content;
  2. lack of hunger;
  3. removal of waste products;
  4. consumption of large amounts of water.

The 6-day diet menu is developed based namely on these principles.

Hydration plays a big role. The water you drink must be clean, non-carbonated. The gas irritates the gastric mucosa, and triggers appetite in many people. A slightly brewed tea, preferably green, is a good choice, but it must be a the loose-leafy kind, and not the bag kind. In addition, here are some herbal infusions that are also perfect for this weight loss diet:

  • chamomile,
  • thyme,
  • mint.

Just like with every other express weight loss diet, you should better get a blood test in s special institution to determine, whether you can use it or not. If you don’t have time to do this and are ready to take the risk, keep in mind that this slimming program is contraindicated in:

  • allergic people,
  • pregnant women,
  • children,
  • people over 50 years of age.

You need to have a correct mindset. It is hard for many to refuse meat, fish, animal products, but all these products will be excluded from the diet for these 6 days.

It is very important how you enter the program and exit it – otherwise you can cross out all the achieved effect. For example, you will do everything right, but, when exiting the diet, you will attack the food and, thus, again fill your body with waste.

It is important that you feel no hunger during the program. This will lower the probability of a cave in. If it still happens, you need to do your best to complete the program. Of course, much depends on where exactly you slipped. This should in no case be alcohol or cigarettes. You must unequivocally refuse these during the 6-day diet.

Menu for the first day:

MENU FOR THE FIRST DAY:

Breakfast: In the evening, prepare a glass of water with a slice of lemon to drink right after the awakening. Water should be of room temperature. Make a vegetable salad – use a grater to grate the carrots and an apple. Green, not strong, tea.

In the middle of the day: Light cottage cheese (100 g). Green, not strong, tea.

Lunch: Make a large salad – cucumbers, leafy salad, bell-pepper. Bake or boil a piece of lean white fish (120 g). Thyme tea.

Afternoon snack: A glass of freshly squeezed apple-pear juice.

Dinner: Dilute a glass of freshly squeezed carrot-apple juice at a rate of 150 ml of juice to 150 ml of water. Add two tablespoons of pulp.

DAY TWO: SPORTS AND WATER

Breakfast: In the evening, prepare a glass of water with a slice of lemon to drink right after the awakening. Water should be of room temperature. Make a vegetable salad – use a grater to grate the carrots and an apple. Chicory tea.

In the middle of the day: Make a protein omelet: mix 1 egg and 2 egg whites, whisk with milk, bake. Mint tea.

Lunch: Boil cauliflower and add a can of tuna. Weak green tea.

Afternoon snack: A glass of freshly squeezed juice – carrots with an apple or celery.

Dinner: A glass of freshly squeezed apple juice with kiwi. Add a couple of spoons of rye-wheat bran pre-soaked in boiling water.

DAY THREE: MORE FRUITS

Breakfast: A glass of water at room temperature. Vegetable salad – use a grater to grate the apple and fresh carrots.

During the day, drink a glass of freshly squeezed juice every 2 hours. Preference should be given to orange, apple or apple-carrot juice.

Also, do not forget to drink clean water. It is advisable to drink at least 2 liters per day.

DAY FIVE: ADD PROTEIN

Breakfast: In the evening, prepare a glass of water with a slice of lemon to drink right after the awakening. Water should be of room temperature. Make a vegetable salad – use a grater to grate the carrots and add 2 tablespoons of pre-soaked oatmeal. Black tea with thyme.

Mid of the day: Low-fat cottage cheese (200 g). Mint tea.

Lunch: Large salad – boiled broccoli, cucumbers, lettuce. Weak green tea.

Afternoon snack: A glass of freshly squeezed juice from carrots, apples and celery.

Dinner: A glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, diluted with water at a rate of 150 ml per 150 ml. Add 2 tablespoons of the oranges pulp.

DAY SIX: THE FINISH LINE

Breakfast: a glass of mineral plain water.

During the day, you can eat an unlimited amount of fresh apples and 400 g of low-fat cottage cheese. Drink weak green tea.

At night: 1 cup of low-fat yogurt with 2 tablespoons of bran.
