As for prohibited products, we should discuss them separately. As they sometimes write in diets, “you can eat everything, except for…” And the list of this “except for” is so long that you understand that you literally are allowed to consume about 5 products.

In this case, you need to exclude from your menu all goodies, including:

  • sweets,
  • pastries,
  • salt,
  • canned food,
  • mayonnaise,
  • soda and juice,
  • fatty and spicy foods,
  • fried foods,
  • butter,
  • alcohol.

You will also have to forget about snacking on the run and going out on a cup of coffee with some sweet treats. If you feel too bad without having at least any sweet treats, you can treat yourself three times in two weeks with a handful of dried apricots, prunes, raisins or 1 tablespoon of honey.


So what can I eat, you ask, if everything that I like and desire was included in the list of forbidden foods? Here are a few examples.

For breakfast: skim cottage cheese or yogurt, and you can have as many of these as you wish. Not more than three times a week, you can have 150 grams of porridge, including oatmeal, buckwheat or rice.

For lunch: any fresh vegetables, boiled lean meat (chicken, duck or rabbit) or a piece of boiled lean fish, a slice of whole grain bread.

For dinner: a rainbow of vitamins, i.e. vegetable and fruit dishes. Better choose apples instead of bananas.


Based on all of the above, you can make yourself a menu for 2 weeks. You will not starve for sure. Still, the long absence of fats and salt in the menu can lead to a disruption in the functioning of the whole body, so it is strictly forbidden to observe such weight loss diet for more than two weeks!

You are allowed to get back on it only in a year. The clean water that you will drink during the diet fills the stomach and dulls hunger, yet it does not stop it completely. Your body does need food and you should not give it up altogether (this note is for those, who decides to quit eating at all and will only drink water to achieve an early result).

Water improves metabolic processes, the stomach starts to produce gastric juice and, having nothing to digest, it simply starts “eating itself”. Do not test yourself for strength. You can easily lose your health, while getting it back is very difficult and even impossible sometimes.

Of course, most of us know what makes them gain weight, yet the desire to bring pleasure to yourself overlaps everything, until there comes a time one day, when losing weight becomes vital. There comes the very moment when you need it – the Diet. Minus 12 kg in 2 weeks – which is definitely and extreme measure.

Strictly speaking, this is not a diet at all. It is an attempt to turn sharply towards a correct lifestyle. Though, of course, it is desirable to make it not that extreme, and take it much slower, allowing your body to get used to living and eating correctly.

  1. drink clean water,
  2. eat healthy foods,

The list of prohibited products remains the same. When you are on your way to exit the diet, you need to complement the list of allowed products with vegetable and animal fats in the amounts that are necessary for your body.

Although it is possible that many people, feeling lightness in their body, will become more sensible about what they eat and how, will review their life priorities and develop new rules for themselves.

One more tip is to stop worrying during the diet and avoid concentrating on the final result and perceiving weight loss as a difficult test. Enjoy your life, communicate with friends, you’re your time to relatives, walk more often, start each day with a smile – it’s important!
