The English diet for weight loss involves eating foods that contain enough protein, dietary fiber, and a minimum amount of simple carbohydrates.
PRINCIPLES OF THE DIET

The diet consists of three phases, which you can alternate at your own discretion.
This phase should include two fast days. During these days you can drink only milk and eat bread.
Breakfast: a glass of milk, dried bread (150 g).
Lunch: a glass of milk.
Dinner: the same as breakfast.
The duration of this phase is 1 day.
*Before a going to bed, you can have a glass of tomato juice, yet without adding salt to it.
Breakfast: bread with nuts and honey, green tea.
Lunch: 200 grams of fish broth and boiled chicken, 3 tbsp. of boiled green peas, whole wheat bread.
Snack: a glass of green tea or a glass of milk.
Dinner: 1 chicken egg, of 50 g of beef.
This phase should last 2 days.
Breakfast: an orange or 2 apples.
Lunch: stewed vegetables, vegetable soup, bread.
Snack: 2-3 fruit for your choice.
Dinner: vegetable salad, green tea.
This phase lasts for 2 days.
Exiting this slimming diet involves the consumption of low-fat yogurt and cottage cheese for lunch, breakfast and dinner. Take 200 g of product for each meal.
